This role is critical in supporting dining room operations, ensuring agile, organized service aligned with quality and hospitality standards. We seek dynamic individuals with a positive attitude, passion for service, and willingness to grow within the food and beverage industry. Job Objective Support the service team by ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, as well as maintaining cleanliness, order, and presentation of the dining area to deliver an excellent customer experience. Main Responsibilities * Assist waitstaff in the timely delivery of dishes and beverages * Maintain constant coordination between the kitchen and service areas * Verify the presentation and condition of dishes prior to delivery * Restock utensils, glassware, and tableware during service * Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set * Assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area * Collaborate during special events and peak demand periods Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a runner, waiter assistant, or in customer service * Preferably experience in mid- to high-end restaurants * Excellent personal appearance * Flexible availability * Ability to work under pressure * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills Competencies * Courteous customer interaction * Speed and attention to detail * Proactivity * Effective communication * Organization * Teamwork We Offer * Monthly salary of $9,452.00 * Additional daily tip income * Statutory benefits starting from the third month * Provided uniform * Meal support * Professional and dynamic work environment * Growth opportunities within the service department Salary: $9,452.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
