Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of employee** Trust-based **Job objective** Administer and ensure compliance with training and talent development requirements across the various companies within Grupo PiSA, supporting talent development and retention. **Responsibilities and activities** * Execute activities required to meet training and development requirements or needs (regulatory and/or corporate). * Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of training and talent development processes across the various companies within Grupo PiSA. * Monitor onboarding activities for personnel joining Grupo PiSA, their department, and their specific role. * Design, implement, and monitor training plans jointly with departments, ensuring compliance with and adherence to requirements. * Execute and monitor Group-wide training and development programs and projects, delivered either in-person and/or virtually. * Support audits (internal and external) and carry out any follow-up activities resulting from them. Experience * Training processes and DO: 2 years in similar positions.
