Job stability TEXTILE PATTERN MAKER Location: Puebla, Mexico Position Type: Full-time Department: Production / Design / Fashion Job Description: A growing textile company seeks an experienced Textile Pattern Maker to join our product development team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, adjusting, and validating patterns, ensuring accurate interpretation of designs and their feasibility in production. Responsibilities: - Developing base patterns, grading, and adjustments - Interpreting technical specifications and design sketches - Conducting fit tests and correcting samples - Collaborating with design, cutting, and production teams - Optimizing material usage and garment construction time - Digitizing patterns Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a pattern maker in the textile industry - Proficiency in pattern-making systems (e.g., Gerber or similar) - Knowledge of garment construction and textile processes - Attention to detail and technical precision - Ability to work collaboratively in a team Desirable: - Experience in women's / men's / children's apparel - Knowledge of industrial grading - Proficiency in textile CAD software We Offer: - Competitive salary (based on experience) - Statutory benefits - Job stability - Growth opportunity - Positive work environment Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Pattern design: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
