Promote productivity and discipline within the work team. **We are looking for your talent — join our team as:** ***Driver Supervisor*** **Purpose**: Coordinate, supervise, and manage the driver team, ensuring correct service assignment, compliance with schedules and operational regulations, with a clear focus on **customer orientation, operational efficiency, and service quality**. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and assign driver work roles, ensuring fairness, compliance with working hours and rest periods as stipulated by current regulations. * Supervise driver team performance, promoting productivity, discipline, and service quality. * Monitor and verify service mileage according to established guidelines. * Address, analyze, and resolve operational incidents related to personnel under supervision. * Ensure accurate communication of guidelines, operational changes, and priorities to the team. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field — **mandatory**: must possess **degree certificate and professional license**. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience managing work teams**, preferably drivers or operations. * Experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution (required). * **Strong customer and service orientation.** * **Desirable experience in customer service, support, or commercial/sales areas**, enabling enhanced user experience and informed operational decision-making.
