Duties to be performed 1\. Provide high-quality, warm service to daily patients, including first-time consultation patients, follow-up patients, second-visit patients, and active treatment patients. 2\. Adhere to the company-established script for first-time appointment scheduling. 3\. Provide information and guidance to current and prospective patients via telephone and in person. 4\. Receive calls generated from interviews and mentions in traditional and digital media. 5\. Maintain appointment records. 6\. Manage treatment service schedules. 7\. Issue treatment ID cards upon patient admission. 8\. Issue accurate patient identification badges. 9\.
