REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Any bachelor's degree * Valid driver's license, Class B or C (Driver) * Availability for travel and overnight stays EXPERIENCE: * General sales and/or agricultural inputs sales (preferred) * Customer advisory services * Customer prospecting * Collections * Sales territory (PUEBLA) * Management of customer portfolio * Preparation of sales forecasts FUNCTIONS: * Collection, entry, and updating of customer data in the system * Execution of the full sales cycle: prospecting, initial contact, quotation, negotiation, delivery, collection, and customer retention * Evaluation of products to determine specific sales tactics per product * Identification and recording of customer purchasing potential in terms of volume and price * Monitoring of customer consumption and yield performance * Credit control granted to customers according to their financial capacity * Advisory services to external customers on crop development, fertilization, plant protection, and plant nutrition * Monitoring of customers' timely payments * Preparation of forecasts * Customer satisfaction surveys * Follow-up and resolution of customer incidents * Driving increased customer purchases based on strategies COMPETENCIES: * Adaptability to change * Compliance with regulations * Commitment * Integrity * Leadership * Results orientation * Customer orientation * Problem solving * Decision making OFFERING: * Comprehensive salary scheme: Monthly base salary \+ bonuses \+ savings fund \+ grocery vouchers \= $35,000 gross * Biweekly payment * Monthly commissions * Statutory benefits: social security, year-end bonus, vacation, maternity/paternity leave, paid holidays * Additional benefits: life insurance, major medical expense insurance * Tools: company vehicle, tablet, laptop, wireless headset, corporate mobile phone, expense card, fuel card, toll pass
