We are seeking a Collection and Supervision Manager for FINANCIERA SUMATE. The candidate will be responsible for assisting together with the branch office in the recovery of the institution's overdue portfolio, as well as coordinating necessary actions and issuing appropriate recommendations to maintain a healthy and high-quality credit portfolio in Financiera Súmate branches. Main responsibilities 1. Carry out direct debt collection management with the support of branch personnel, primarily through home visits, supplemented by phone calls when necessary, aiming to recover credits in the shortest possible time 2. Design and implement contingency collection plans in coordination with the Extrajudicial Recovery Coordinator. 3. Review and monitor the achievement of assigned targets for at-risk and overdue portfolios. 4. Ensure that agreements made with debtors are fulfilled timely and properly, and that they are established with the required formality and rigor. 5. Perform all other duties inherent to the area of responsibility. Working hours: 8:30 to 17:00 hrs., Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs.
