Position Summary: Purchasing Assistant focused on profitability, operational planning, cost management, and trip traceability to optimize the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of profitability in supplier utilization 2. Participation in the design of national/international logistics networks 3. Selection and development of strategic suppliers **Purchasing Assistant (Capacity Procurement)** **Position Contributions – These are the primary deliverables the position must produce and provide to its internal and external customers:** * Profitability in the use of concessionaires. * Operational Planning. * Cost Tariff. * Trip Traceability. * Design of National/International Logistics Network. **Responsibilities:** Profitability in the use of concessionaires; Objective: Achieve optimal utilization of suppliers based on the cost-benefit value of trips, aligned with Almex operations. 2\.\- Operational Planning; Objective: Generate a forecast for services recurring in commercial projects, enabling better pricing and more effective resource control and utilization. 3\.\- Cost Tariff; Objective: Enable Pricing to gain improved market visibility regarding concessionaire costs, thereby achieving better margins on services delivered through this channel. 4\.\- Trip Traceability; Objective: This tool will significantly support the Customer Service department and Administration in processing document returns for trip closure. 5\.\- Design of National/International Logistics Network; Objective: Ensure operational coverage—both national and international—to meet the requirements of various projects agreed upon by the Commercial Department. **Decision-Making Authority:** * Supplier Selection. * Supplier Development. * Rate Negotiation. * Development of Systematic Tools. **KPIs:** * Measurement of supplier NS (Net Satisfaction). * Measurement of internal customer service (Commercial/Operations). * Measurement of new supplier development (in compliance with Almex security guidelines). **Position Scope:** Identify and list the quantitative dimensions under the direct responsibility and influence of this position. These may include: regional scope, coverage, total personnel influenced, sales volume, operational cost, total number of suppliers, total number of customers, products, sales offices, assets, etc. * Nationwide coverage. * Key internal customers (Commercial/Operations/Pricing/Control Tower). * Management of 95 suppliers. * Support for New Projects. **Education Level:** Professional (degree holder) **Field of Study:** Engineering/Commerce or International Relations/Business **Years of Experience:** 1\-3 years **Areas of Experience:** Supply Chain/Logistics **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM **Salary:** $12,000 to $14,000 per month, before taxes We offer **statutory benefits and above** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
