Job Summary: Design and implement initiatives to improve employee experience and well-being, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and participate in organizational culture initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Improve employee experience and well-being 2. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes 3. Participate in organizational culture initiatives • Design and implement initiatives to improve the experience and well-being of our employees. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring efficient and professional transitions. • Conduct organizational diagnostics and collaborate in developing action plans. • Participate in organizational culture, workplace climate, and talent retention initiatives. • Support performance evaluations and provide feedback based on customer satisfaction results. • Ensure compliance with policies and processes within the Quality Management System. • Collaborate with various departments—including Payroll, IT, Commercial/After-sales Management, and Human Resources—to ensure comprehensive talent management.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education—Bachelor's degree years of experience
