IMPORTANT: CONSTRUCTION AND PREFABRICATION COMPANY SEEKING ***COST ACCOUNTANT*** **JOB OBJECTIVE** To control, analyze, and supervise operational, production, and construction costs, generating reliable financial information for decision-making. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** \* Analysis and control of production and construction costs \* Preparation of budgets and financial reports \* Inventory and indirect cost control \* Profitability and variance analysis \* Preparation of reports for management **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Cost Accountant * Knowledge of the following sectors: Construction, Manufacturing, and Building Materials Companies * Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and follow-up capability * Proficiency with digital tools: ERP, CONTPAQI, SAP, ASPEL COI, or equivalent * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Problem-solving ability and capacity to anticipate management needs * Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and work commitment * Employment stability **WE OFFER** * Monthly salary of $15,000 \- 18,000 net * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Employment stability * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for professional growth **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION** * On-site work mode * Location: Km 20, Federal Highway Puebla–Atlixco * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs * Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
