




Commissioned Executive **Job Objective:** Promote and sell the company's products or services by creating and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and providing a positive customer experience. **Sales Management:** Promote the company's products or services to potential and existing customers. Meet the monthly sales target set by the company. Identify business opportunities and effectively close sales. **Customer Service:** Provide personalized customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Follow up with interested customers until the sale is completed. **Customer Prospecting:** Identify and contact potential customers through calls, visits, emails, and social media. Update and maintain the customer database. **Reporting and Administration:** Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and goals achieved. Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies. **Promotion and Sales Strategies:** Participate in promotional campaigns, activations, and trade fairs (as necessary). Assist in the creation of promotional materials or customized proposals for customers. **Education Requirements:** Completed high school diploma (mandatory). Technical degree or undergraduate studies in progress or incomplete in fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas (desirable). **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing. **Technical Skills:** Basic proficiency with technological tools (CRM, Excel, and email). Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques (desirable). Familiarity with sales targets and performance reporting. **Soft Skills:** Strong communication skills and excellent service attitude. Persuasion and negotiation skills. Organization and efficient time management. Proactivity and results orientation. **Other Requirements:** Availability to work Monday through Saturday (according to assigned schedule). Interest in sales and teamwork. Commissions up to $30,000 per month
