




Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong technical foundation in hardware and software support, communication and problem-solving skills, and development experience. Technical Skills • Hardware and software support: Diagnosis, repair, and basic maintenance of computer equipment. • Problem solving: Ability to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues. • Ticket management: Handling support tickets via systems, either by phone or chat. • Basic IT knowledge: Understanding the fundamental functionality of computers and networks. Experience in execution and documentation of desktop, web, and service applications; experience in object-oriented programming, preferably with solid knowledge in the following areas: • Programming languages: C#, C++, Visual Basic, or Python • Database management systems: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL (relational data & modeling) • CSS • PHP • HTML5 • Apache servers • Web page design • Alma Linux knowledge.
