Description

Ensure the correct and timely recording of the company's accounting and tax information, guaranteeing compliance with legal obligations, reliability of financial statements, and proper control of administrative operations. Requirements * Certified Public Accountant. * Demonstrable experience in general accounting. * Experience in payroll, taxes, and fiscal obligations. * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Knowledge and use of platforms such as **SAT, IDSE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SUA**. * Knowledge of tax calculation and filing. * Organized, responsible, analytical person with a strong sense of confidentiality. * Ability to work in a team and propose improvements. Main Responsibilities * Maintain the company's general accounting. * Record and control accounting transactions: revenues, expenses, purchases, sales, payments, and other movements. * Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns. * Execute monthly and annual accounting closings. * Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. * Monitor compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations. * Support payroll control and related reporting. * Propose improvements to accounting procedures to increase efficiency and reduce risks. * Prepare accounting and financial reports for management.
