ESTERINOVA PUEBLA IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT: We are seeking a social worker to work at a hemodialysis clinic. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Patient Intake and File Management: Open medical files for newly admitted patients covered by IMSS, receive and validate documentation, and administer the socioeconomic assessment (SIBA). * Orientation and Regulatory Compliance: Explain patients’ and families’ rights, privacy notice, and internal regulations. * Shift Logistics: Assign shifts, issue identification badges/cards, and enroll patients into the hemodialysis program; manage shift changes, swaps, and session rescheduling. * Patient Screening and Access Control: Screen patients upon each shift entry, distribute supplies (face masks, caps), and strictly enforce internal regulations (dress code, hygiene, prohibition of mobile phones, etc.). * Attendance Monitoring: Conduct follow-up calls to absent patients to document reasons for absence and report to relevant departments (medical, nursing, administrative). * Transportation Coordination: Arrange ambulance transfers for hospitalized patients from IMSS clinics or private ambulances for critically ill patients. Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to mediate and resolve conflicts.
