




Coordinate, organize, and monitor the operation and implementation of the EDUCA Program at educational units to ensure compliance with the People’s Competency Standard COMS\-034\.01 “EDUCA Program Implementation”. Ensure the execution and fulfillment of project work plans in the regions under your responsibility where the EDUCA Program is offered. Carry out the necessary activities to achieve monthly targets as well as annual objectives for EDUCA Program operations. Train, align, and promote certification of the advisory and/or supervisory team to ensure correct implementation of the EDUCA Program in the regions under your responsibility. Support educational units, EDUCA Program advisors and/or supervisors in the correct implementation, standardization, monitoring, and documentation of the EDUCA Program. Prepare reports requested by the association on activities carried out, in accordance with the guidelines and formats established by the association. Prepare timely and accurate monitoring reports and donor reports. Attend work meetings convened by the association, educational authorities, and donors. Safeguard information and assets provided by the association for carrying out the activities described in the preceding clauses. Project development, activity reports, target and indicator reports. Assist in the training process and advisor recruitment. Other activities necessary for the proper functioning of the EDUCA Program.
