Prevention Agent - Security

Job Summary: Monitors the entry and exit of people and goods, conducts security patrols, protects facilities, and assists in incident investigations within a hotel environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive access monitoring and hotel security. 2. Conducts periodic patrols and reports anomalies. 3. Assists in incident investigation and record control. Monitors the entry and exit of guests, visitors, staff, and vendors. -Verifies the entry and exit of packages, items, merchandise, and equipment. -Conducts periodic patrols throughout all hotel areas, reporting all types of anomalies and following up to resolve them. -Protects and maintains facilities and personnel in accordance with established procedures. -Assists in preliminary investigations upon reporting of any incident. -Controls, via logbook registration, entries of vendors, contractors, visitors, etc., for various reasons. -Complies with and verifies implementation of company policies and procedures. -Establishes and maintains effective cooperation with other departments. -Maintains logbook control of departmental keys held at the precorridor office. -Records vehicle departures, warehouse openings, radio usage, ADR logbook handover, safe deposit box openings, concentration envelope control, staff belongings, etc., in the logbook. -Monitors and follows up on the Honeywell system. -Assists any person injured and follows up accordingly. -Cleans the work area. Supports Housekeeping in communication. -Will be informed of and participate in risk prevention measures and environmental protection practices, and will become familiar with the company’s products and services to provide information during any sales opportunity . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Driver's License: Class A Keywords: demonstrator, fair representative, traveling salesperson, agent, representative, agente, representante, escort, guard, security officer, watchman, guard, surveillance
