Hybrid work mode in Puebla (no fixed on-site requirement; occasional visits if needed). **Responsibilities** * Develop and enhance web applications and **APIs** in **PHP/Laravel**. * Collaborate with sales, design, and QA teams to deliver end\-to\-end features. * Participate in code reviews, propose improvements, and maintain quality standards. * Optimize performance (queries, endpoints) and ensure sound development practices. * Support deployments and operations with a focus on **Linux/servers** (logs, basic configurations). * Work with **agile methodologies** (Scrum/Kanban) and track tasks within sprints. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in **PHP** and **Laravel**. * **Intermediate English** (documentation/tickets and basic communication). * Personal equipment and stable internet connection. * Proficiency with **Git/GitHub** (branches, PRs, code review). * Knowledge of **Linux** and server best practices. * Experience with **MySQL/PostgreSQL** databases. **Desirable (Plus)**: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Redis/queues, testing (PHPUnit/Pest), security best practices (OWASP).
