We are a **NATIONWIDE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY** seeking your talent as **OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS MANAGER.** **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure cargo is transported quickly and efficiently between locations requested by the client, identifying the most viable routes and ensuring loading and unloading with each client. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise and monitor route plans, delivery and return times, and quality. \- Supervise staff to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. \- Plan and coordinate activities related to product movement. \- Implement metrics to monitor logistics process performance, efficiency, and quality. \- Adhere to the scheduled timeline. \- Comply with logistics laws, regulations, and standards. \- Resolve operational conflicts. \- Improve the quality and profitability of logistics operations. \- Collect data and evidence for indicator review. \- Supervise financial, human, material, and technological resources to optimize logistics processes. \- Evaluate suppliers. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Processes Engineering / Transportation / Logistics. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Logistics Supervisor / Coordinator for Transportation. \- Personnel management skills; knowledge of domestic and international land transportation logistics; proficiency in geolocation applications; ability to manage KPIs; direct client interaction; and conflict resolution skills. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **WE OFFER:** \- Gross monthly salary of $20,000 to $22,000 \+ 10% bonus based on KPI achievement. \- Statutory benefits. **MONTHLY ROTATING SCHEDULE:** Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., office-based.
