Collaboration in accounting, human resources, and vendor support Administrative Assistant **Purpose of the Position** To provide administrative and operational support to various hotel departments (front desk, accounting, human resources, and procurement), ensuring proper document management, record control, vendor support, and internal process coordination that contribute to operational efficiency and guest and staff satisfaction. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** **Administrative Management:** * Prepare, file, and control internal documentation (contracts, invoices, purchase orders, reports, correspondence, etc.). * Support office inventory and administrative supply management. * Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and logistical support for internal events. **Accounting and Financial Support:** * Record minor expenses, receipts, and basic invoicing in administrative systems. * Track vendor payments and accounts receivable. * Reconcile daily petty cash or front desk revenue reports according to hotel policies. **Human Resources Support:** * Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files. * Assist with attendance tracking, leave requests, and vacation scheduling. * Support employee onboarding or training processes. **Support and Coordination:** * Answer calls, emails, and internal or vendor requests. * Serve as a liaison between the administrative and operational departments of the hotel. * Ensure smooth and timely communication among departments. **Regulatory Compliance:** * Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures. * Safeguard the confidentiality of hotel and staff information. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $9,500.00 - $10,500.00 per month Experience: * Hospitality or administration: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
