**Maintenance and Infrastructure Manager**
We are seeking a **Maintenance and Infrastructure Manager** responsible for ensuring the preservation, functionality, and continuous operation of institutional facilities through planning, supervision, and control of maintenance programs and infrastructure projects.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
* Supervise maintenance work on facilities, civil works, and systems.
* Coordinate operational staff, technicians, suppliers, and contractors.
* Manage material resources, tools, and inventories.
* Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and budgetary control for the department.
* Conduct periodic inspections to identify risks and intervention needs.
* Prepare technical reports, logs, and maintenance documentation.
* Participate in infrastructure adaptation and improvement projects.
* Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards.
### **Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree certificate required).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in facility, infrastructure, or construction maintenance.
* Minimum 1–3 years’ experience leading work teams.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Knowledge of MS Project or other planning tools.
* Ability to use and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
