For this vacancy, the following is required:* **Experience in:** * ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management Systems * Application of root cause analysis tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and continuous improvement methodologies to quality and production processes. * Management of nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions * KPIs: internal rejection rate, specification compliance, quality costs, response time to nonconformities, effectiveness of corrective actions. * Leadership of internal system and process audits. **Required Competencies:** * Leadership * Proactivity * Analytical thinking * Decision-making * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Focus and prioritization * Accountability * Excellence in execution * Involvement in operations and execution **Education:** Desirable engineering degree in Metallurgical-Mechanical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and improve all areas of the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with the operational routine across all sections of the system manual. * Serve as the liaison with certification bodies; coordinate and conduct internal and external audits. Propose action plans, manage corrective actions, and follow up until completion. * Develop, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities to reduce unplanned downtime. * Manage and keep quality, production, and engineering indicators updated in the quality system; execute operational routines and periodic review meetings; identify deviations or improvement opportunities; ensure disciplined follow-up on agreements; and guarantee documented closure of corrective actions and improvements. * Deliver and design technical-operational training based on identified needs; evaluate personnel performance; update the training matrix according to results; and maintain up-to-date training records. * Issue quality certificates and chemical analysis reports, and perform laboratory analyses and product characterization tests. * Manage material inventories, regularly reporting stock levels and projections, ensuring accurate receipt, consumption, yields, and costs. * Supervise the entire shift operation, prioritizing and coordinating activities. Evaluate staff performance, document results, and provide timely feedback to ensure uninterrupted process continuity and team development. ***Minimum Required Experience in Similar Roles: 3 years*** **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday * Rotating shifts **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits Salary: $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
