We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Deliver personalized service to the highest-value portfolio clients, as well as those referred by Senior Management, through a specialized preferred service and attention model, supported by the commercial network, aiming to strengthen comprehensive client relationships, profitability, satisfaction levels, and client loyalty under one’s management. Ensure compliance with objectives set forth by the General Directorate of Commercial Banking and the Executive Directorate of the Commercial Model for the portfolio client segment. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, for which you will be responsible: * Advising current portfolio clients and prospects within the segment on strategic investment management to develop comprehensive Banorte clients. * Acquiring new clients to increase your deposit and credit portfolio, thereby enhancing your contribution. * Conducting visits to portfolio clients, new prospects, and clients referred by Senior Management to advise them and propose solutions aligned with their requirements and needs. * Supporting other Banorte areas that refer high-value prospective clients during joint client visits. * Assisting in resolving special requests from portfolio clients, supported by the High-Value Client Service Directorate. * Contacting and/or conducting periodic visits to portfolio clients to monitor their satisfaction level and maintain an appropriate business relationship. * Promptly following up on requested and delivered services to safeguard the comprehensive client relationship, maintaining constant communication and validating that the received service is of high quality and meets their requests (requirements, products placed, information requested, investments, etc.). * Strengthening the business relationship of referred clients in coordination with Regional Directorates and the Territorial Directorate to acquire new comprehensive and loyal Banorte clients. * Promoting hyper-personalized offers targeted at clients in your portfolio to facilitate cross-selling of products. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. * Years of experience: 5 years in the banking sector. * Areas of experience: Commercial positions. * Direct experience serving clients with high-value investments. * Knowledge of investments and funds. * High-level relationship management. * Required knowledge: Microsoft Office; AMIB certification desirable. * Languages: English (50% proficiency). * Willingness to travel: Yes, covering the Puebla Centro and Hidalgo regions. * Willingness to relocate.
