The **Federico Froebel Lyceum of Oaxaca** invites education professionals to participate in the selection process for the ***Kindergarten Section Director*** position, which is responsible for the pedagogical, administrative, and operational leadership of the campus, ensuring academic quality, students’ holistic development, and appropriate management of the teaching staff. We seek a candidate with strong leadership, pedagogical vision, management capability, decision-making skills, and ability to coordinate work teams—results-oriented and focused on strengthening the school community. **Essential Requirements (non-negotiable):** * Degree and professional license in Preschool Education, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, or related field * Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience * Demonstrable experience in educational leadership and management *Desirable: Intermediate English (with commitment to further improvement)* Work Location: **Ajusco 100, Volcanes neighborhood, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax**. ***NOTE:*** *Interested candidates may participate remotely in the selection process.
