Ø **Main Responsibilities** Coordination of international **air and sea freight (FCL / LCL)**. Tracking of shipments from origin to destination. Communication with **international agents, shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders**. Document review and control: BL, AWB, booking, invoice, packing list. Status updates to customers and internal departments. Support in freight quotations and comparative analyses. Coordination with customs clearance and domestic transportation. Handling and resolution of operational incidents. **Key Competencies** Organization and timely follow-up. Clear and professional communication. Attention to detail.
