Due to our expansion, we are hiring: ***Customer Service Executive (Import/Export)*** **Position Objective:** To serve as the liaison between the Client and Welldex for their foreign trade operations, ensuring service efficiency while meeting customer expectations and departmental objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Review the client’s inventory report and pending documentation for import, verifying goods entries and exits. * Request from the client the commercial invoice, certificates of origin, and documentation related to non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * Register and verify receipt of traffic details in the system, ensuring alignment with the invoice and other documents. * Send tax payment requests and customs entry proformas to the client, and follow up on tax deposits. * Coordinate with carriers and clients to track shipments. * Record operational details such as clearance time and inspection results. * Request opening and closing of consolidated customs entries. * Process railway clearances promptly (within 3 days to avoid delays). * Supervise scheduling of inspections for specific goods (food, forestry products, etc.). * Update and maintain the client and carrier directory, ensuring continuous operational tracking. **Requirements:** * Age: 20 years or older * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in International Trade (graduated or intern) * Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows. * Flexible working hours * Teamwork capability **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Food vouchers * Major medical expense insurance * Financial solutions * Funeral expense assistance * And much more! **Join our team and help us continue building a world full of innovative solutions!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
