Textile Garment Supervisor Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Experience managing personnel. * Availability to work flexible hours. Responsibilities * Verify production orders based on priorities and follow up accordingly. * Assign tasks to operators and assistants. * Verify line startups and model or specification changes. * Supervise order and cleanliness of production areas during the shift. * Complete inventory reports. * Generate efficiency and performance reports for operational staff. * Supervise activities of operators and assistants. * Ensure operational continuity of production lines. * Verify production status and report progress.
