Verifies package, item, merchandise, and equipment entry and exit. Conducts periodic patrols across all hotel areas, reporting any anomalies and following up to resolve them. Protects and preserves facilities and personnel in accordance with established tasks. Assists in preliminary investigation upon incident report. Logs supplier, contractor, visitor, and other entries in the logbook per various purposes. Complies with and verifies implementation of company-established policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains effective cooperation with other departments. Maintains logbook records of departmental keys held at the Precorí office. Logs vehicle exits, warehouse openings, radio usage, handover of ADR logbooks, safe box openings, concentration envelope control, staff personal items, etc. Monitors and follows up on the HONEYWELL system. Assists any person suffering injury and follows up accordingly. Cleans work area. Supports the Housekeeping Supervisor in communications. Is informed about and participates in risk prevention measures and environmental protection initiatives, and becomes familiar with company products and services to provide sales-related information whenever appropriate.
