The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting the recording, control, and tracking of accounting operations, ensuring accurate integration of financial information in compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Recording of accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries) * Invoice data entry and control * Bank reconciliations * Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable * Support in tax calculations * Accounting and tax document filing and control * Preparation of basic financial reports * Tracking of digital fiscal receipts (CFDI) * Support in monthly accounting closings Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred) * Proficiency in accounting software (COI, CONTPAQ, SAP or similar) * Basic knowledge of Mexican tax regulations * Intermediate Excel skills Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * On-call duty only once per month on Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Interested candidates may apply through this platform or via WhatsApp at 2211817952 Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Salary increases * Complimentary beverages * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
