Requirements: \-Tools: \-Accounting ERP system \-Skills: strong attention to detail, alphanumeric data entry ability, organizational skills, handling of confidential information, communication, and teamwork. Responsibilities: \* Recording journal entries (revenues, expenses, general ledger) in the ERP system. \* Performing monthly bank reconciliations and tracking discrepancies. \* Alphanumeric data entry and validation (RFC, invoice numbers, dates, amounts, payment method/form). \* Reviewing invoices (CFDI 4\.0\) and compiling documentation; physical–digital filing and record control.
