Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.** **Job Mission:** **Provide on-site service and perform activities**, such as meter removals, meter re-installations, and high-consumption reviews, as well as fulfilling assigned shift duties to respond to gas leaks, network damage, installation thefts, gas outages (in specific cases), fires, explosions, and gas odors, safeguarding and maintaining equipment in optimal condition to ensure the achievement of department objectives and smooth operational flow. **Your Impact**: As a **First Intervention Emergency Technician,** you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities: * Respond to customer requests regarding high consumption by inspecting and diagnosing meters, regulators, internal and external installations, and connected customer equipment (stoves, water heaters, etc.), while also identifying potential meter reading errors. * Perform gas connections to distribution networks or riser columns (ensuring connections are made using welding techniques authorized by Electro or Termo). * Generate necessary documentation records for assigned service orders / properly managing them in SAP. * Availability to rotate shifts, directly handling emergency calls routed through COPS. * Ensure purging of the entire network to remove air from the line until reaching 94% CH4, and verify that all service connections are enabled. **Requirements:** To join our team as a **First Intervention Emergency Technician,** we are looking for: * **Education and Experience**: High school diploma or technical degree in: Industrial Maintenance, Pneumatics, Mechanics, Basic Instrumentation, or related field. * **Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar activities** * **Technical Skills:** Standard vehicle operation, valid driver's license, use of manual mechanical tools (wrenches, pliers, etc.), SAP * **Key Competencies:** Teamwork. Time availability.
