We execute **comprehensive projects**, covering design through to **installation, modernization, and commissioning**, serving industrial and municipal clients with experience in projects carried out **nationally and internationally**. **Job Description** In this position, you will join the technical team responsible for ensuring the **proper operation, efficiency, and reliability of pumping systems, hydromechanical equipment, and hydraulic systems** used in **wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs)**, potable water systems, force mains, and hydraulic infrastructure projects. This role combines **applied engineering, technical analysis, and fieldwork**, so we seek a candidate with **hands-on experience in pumps, hydraulics, and water treatment system operations**, beyond purely office-based work. **What You Will Achieve in This Role** * Ensure optimal performance of **centrifugal, submersible, and vertical pumps** in hydraulic and hydromechanical installations. * Guarantee proper **installation, startup, and operation** of pumping systems within WWTPs, wet wells, pumping stations, and conveyance lines. * Directly contribute to the **operational reliability** of municipal and industrial hydraulic projects. **Key Responsibilities Hydraulic Engineering and Analysis** * Evaluate operating conditions: **flow rate, pressure, NPSH, and head losses**. * Diagnose hydraulic and mechanical failures in pumping systems. * Interpret **pump curves, P&ID diagrams, isometric drawings, and hydraulic plans**. * Prepare **technical reports, calculation memos, and improvement recommendations**. * Conduct technical analysis of systems applied to **WWTPs, wet wells, and force mains**. **Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance** * Provide technical supervision during **pump installation, alignment, and startup**. * Execute and monitor **preventive and corrective maintenance**. * Verify efficiency and performance parameters. * Support **hydraulic testing and commissioning** activities. **Technical Coordination** * Collaborate with **civil works, process, mechanical, electrical, and procurement** departments. * Perform technical validation of **equipment, materials, and supplier specifications**. * Document and track technical aspects of projects and services. **Required Education** * Mechanical Engineering * Hydraulic Engineering * Mechatronics Engineering * Civil Engineering with a hydraulic focus * Industrial Engineering with experience in water systems **Essential Experience** * Demonstrable experience in **pumps and pumping systems**. * Experience in **industrial maintenance or hydromechanical equipment**. * Field or construction-site experience (not solely administrative tasks). * Experience in **WWTPs, wet wells, pumping stations, or hydraulic infrastructure**. **Desirable Technical Expertise** * Centrifugal, submersible, and vertical pumps. * Hydraulic systems for **potable, wastewater, and industrial water**. * Software: **EPANET, WaterCAD, AutoCAD**. * Standards: **NOM, NMX, AWWA, API, ISO**. **Key Skills** * Technical diagnosis and hydraulic analysis. * Clear communication with construction and engineering teams. * Interpretation of technical documentation. * Organization, monitoring, and decision-making in the field. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Per diems for site visits. * Work equipment and tools. * Participation in **high-impact hydraulic infrastructure projects**. * Technical development and job stability. **Apply through this channel to proceed with the hiring process.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
