Customer service and constant communication Prepress Graphic Designer We are a printing company specializing in large-format printing and POP materials, and we are looking for a designer with prepress experience and expertise in developing point-of-sale (POP) materials. Starting monthly salary: (open to negotiation based on qualifications) Requirements: Technical or university degree in Graphic Design or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Flexible working hours Advanced proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Solid knowledge of prepress processes for large-format printing Responsibilities: Customer service and follow-up to review and adapt files according to printing requirements Design, editing, and adaptation of graphic materials for large-format and POP applications Technical file review: resolution, color mode, bleed, fonts, crop marks, etc. Preparation and optimization of final files for printing Coordination with production to ensure files are ready and correctly configured for error-free printing Support in developing digital proofs and visual quality control Constant communication with customers and the production team Teamwork to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards Profile: Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Passion for delivering excellent customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive attitude and service-oriented mindset Ability to solve technical problems Willingness to learn and adapt Committed to achieving objectives We Offer: Competitive salary Dynamic and collaborative work environment Professional development opportunities Position Type: Full-time Salary: $8,203.53 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
