We are seeking a Front\-End Developer with solid experience in React \+ TypeScript, focused on building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance interfaces. The ideal candidate masters modern best practices, efficient state management, and UI development with a user experience focus. Required Tech Stack (Mandatory) React (18/19\) TypeScript (strict mode) Zustand (state management) Tailwind CSS React Router DOM Fetch API Responsibilities Development of modern and responsive interfaces Implementation of scalable frontend architecture Global state management using Zustand Consumption of REST APIs Performance optimization (memo, lazy, code splitting) Form handling and validation Integration with authentication (tokens, protected routes) Collaboration with backend and design Required Experience 3\+ years in frontend development Proven experience with React \+ TypeScript Experience in real-world projects (not just courses) Strong proficiency with hooks and modern patterns Key Skills Custom hooks Modular architecture Error and loading state handling Strong TypeScript typing (avoiding 'any') Clean Code Desirable (Plus) Knowledge of \* Testing (Vitest / React Testing Library) Experience with WebRTC / Agora Animations (Framer Motion) Employment Conditions: 100% on-site work in La Noria, Puebla. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Salary: MXN 42,000 gross per month.
