Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to optimize processes, maintain equipment, ensure part quality, and provide leadership in personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC machine programming and operation 2. Quality management and process optimization 3. Leadership and personnel management CNC PROGRAMMER Required Minimum 3 years of experience * Knowledge of CNC programming and machining centers * On-machine programming * FANUC control preferred * Proficiency in G- and M-codes * Workpiece clamping and alignment * Adjustments and tolerances * Blueprint interpretation * Master CAM 2D and/or 3D software knowledge * Knowledge of materials * Use and calibration of measuring instruments Responsibilities * Organize fitters' activities to optimize processes and prevent machine downtime * Perform autonomous maintenance on each CNC machine * Carry out adjustments and rework as necessary to meet part quality standards * Maintain proper operation of assigned CNC machines * Monitor production schedule according to priority * Verify that each part meets quality requirements * Problem analysis * Leadership and personnel management Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM SALARY NEGOTIABLE, HOURLY POSITION Work Location: Xonacatepec * Apply via this platform or WhatsApp at 2212802729 Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Do you have no issue with the location?
