




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide educational services and manage collections, customer service, and overdue account follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on overdue account recovery *We are an institution providing educational services.* *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Administration. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in this position. * Experience working in schools, in the Collections Department (preferred). * Customer service and client support. * Experience using an Educational Platform (preferred). * Collection calls. * Payment validation and reconciliation. * Payment registration. * Overdue account follow-up. * Overdue account recovery. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
