**Position Title:** Warehouse Assistant for Spare Parts **Department:** Warehouse / Spare Parts **Reports To:** Warehouse Manager / Spare Parts Manager **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Position Objective** ----------------------- Support the proper operation of the warehouse by picking and organizing spare parts and accessories, responding to requests from service, sales departments and customers, ensuring inventory availability and compliance with established internal processes. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Receive, inspect and store spare parts and accessories in the warehouse. * Pick orders and fulfill internal department and customer requests. * Assist in loading, unloading and moving goods. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Verify incoming and outgoing goods according to established procedures. * Support physical inventories, cycle counts and inventory control. * Identify and report shortages, damages or inconsistencies in received goods. * Label and classify spare parts for correct placement. * Keep inventory records and organization up to date. * Comply with area safety guidelines and regulations. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum Education: Completed High School Diploma. * Experience: Preferred 6 months to 1 year in warehouse, inventory or spare parts handling. * Knowledge: * Inventory management and control * Goods receiving and dispatching * Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency * Knowledge of automotive spare parts is preferred **Competencies and Skills** ------------------------------ * Organization * Responsibility * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer** ------------- * Monthly Salary: **$10,500 tax-free** * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Job stability * Professional growth opportunities
