JOB OBJECTIVE: Analysis, identification, and causes of shrinkage through the application of processes and actionable measures for its control REQUIREMENTS: * High school education incomplete or completed * Teamwork, process alignment, numerical skills, basic PC proficiency * Excellent punctuality and attendance * Integrity, self\-discipline, and service orientation RESPONSIBILITIES: * Biweekly inventories * Random receiving from suppliers for frozen goods, based on the top list * 100% receiving for high\-value items * Internal picking and warehouse audits * Petty cash reconciliation * Daily review and reporting of shrinkage in frozen goods * Tracking of returns and inter\-store transfers * Daily reporting of audited suppliers * Pallet audits in the replenishment areas Job Type: Full\-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $13,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Option for indefinite\-term contract * Company phone Work Location: On\-site employment
