




Administrative Assistant ARO Pensiones | Metepec (On-site) Job Objective The main objective of this position is to attend to and follow up with clients via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring a clear and organized experience. The position also supports the legal department with reports, updating case files, and drafting simple documents. Responsibilities * Phone support: guidance and resolution of inquiries. * Proactive client follow-up: reminders, status updates, missing documentation, confirmations. * Calendar management and call scheduling. * Updating case files. * Preparing follow-up and productivity reports. * Drafting simple documents under instructions from the legal department. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Customer service experience of 2+ years (mandatory). * Office experience of 1+ year. * Proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Drive, and Google Sheets (basic–intermediate level). * Organization, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
