PHYSICAL CONDITIONING INSTRUCTOR **Education:** Completed high school and/or technical degree; completed or in progress Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field – Certification in Physical Conditioning required. **Knowledge:** Sports training methodology, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months, preferably 1 year as a physical conditioning advisor, physical conditioning coach, physical conditioning instructor, or personal trainer. **Responsibilities:** Conducting and monitoring routine processes, ensuring all area equipment is turned on and functioning properly, turning on audio equipment to set the club atmosphere, during rounds verifying that the area is orderly and clean, conducting inventory of area equipment, remaining attentive to the physical safety of clients. **Competencies:** Client commitment, Collaboration, Communication, Agility and Flexibility, Holistic vision, Leadership for results achievement, Development of team members, Flawless execution, Passion for the business, Technical credibility. **We Offer:** Competitive Base Salary Commission for Training Sessions Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements Job Stability Use of Facilities **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday with rotating weekend days off.
