




**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare weekly menus. · Control inventory (kitchen supplies), ensuring their proper condition. · Create lists of kitchen supplies to purchase and budget accordingly. · Plan and carry out purchases. · Plan and timely execute food preparation, always ensuring cleanliness before, during, and after the process. · Ensure that prepared dishes are presented in an appealing manner. · Organize kitchen utensils and equipment. · Maintain strict cleanliness in the kitchen overall, including furniture, appliances, dishware, etc. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of 2 years as a chef (verifiable) **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy (completed) with title and professional license required. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** Honest Proactive Reliable Organized Creative Attention to detail **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm **WORK LOCATION:** University Madero area, Camino Real **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** Certificate of NO CRIMINAL RECORDS Please include CV with photograph.
