Main Responsibilities * Procure food, beverages, and operational materials. * Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers. * Track purchase orders and delivery timelines. * Verify receipt of goods (quantity and quality). * Maintain up-to-date records of purchases and consumption. * Assist with inventory control and administrative reporting. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience, preferably in restaurants. * Knowledge of cost and perishable ingredient control. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Administrative organization and follow-up skills. * Flexible availability.
