Job Summary: A professional with experience in payroll calculation and accounting records, responsible for preparing, calculating, and managing payroll, as well as ensuring tax and labor compliance. Operation of systems such as SUA, IDSE, SAT **Functions and ResponsibilitiesA. Payroll** * Prepare and calculate weekly/biweekly payroll for administrative and operational staff. * Calculate earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements. * Monitor payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, commissions, bonuses). * Generate payroll receipts and ensure proper electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with IMSS. * Calculate employer-employee contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR). * Track INFONAVIT loans and related deductions. * Prepare payroll reports for the administrative department and management. * Maintain up-to-date employee files. * Assist in compiling information for tax and labor compliance. * Control payroll-related payments. * Support improvement of administrative and accounting processes. **Knowledge Requirements** * Federal Labor Law * Social Security Law * Payroll and tax calculations * General accounting * Operation of SUA, IDSE, SAT * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll calculation and accounting records (preferred). * Preferred age range: 25 to 30 years Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
