Position Summary:
A professional responsible for payroll preparation and calculation, incident management, stamping assurance, and compliance with tax and labor obligations.

**Functions and Responsibilities\nA. Payroll**
* Prepare and calculate weekly/biweekly payroll for administrative and operational staff.
* Perform calculations of earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements.
* Monitor payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, commissions, bonuses).
* Generate payroll receipts and ensure correct electronic invoicing (CFDI).
* Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with IMSS.
* Calculate employer-employee contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR).
* Track INFONAVIT loans and corresponding deductions.
* Prepare payroll reports for the administrative department and management.
* Maintain up-to-date employee files.
* Assist in compiling information for tax and labor compliance.
* Control payroll-related payments.
* Support administrative and accounting process improvement.
**Knowledge Requirements**
* Federal Labor Law
* Social Security Law
* Payroll and tax calculations
* General accounting
* Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SAT systems
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel
* Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll calculation and accounting records (preferred).
* Preferred age range: 25 to 30 years
Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract
Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month

* Completed bachelor's degree (preferred)
