Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 2. Responsible for accounting of supplier invoices and payments (including taxes and import duties). 3. Processing fixed asset accounting, including inventory registration, monthly accumulated depreciation, semi-annual and annual inventory, etc. 4. Responsible for raw materials accounting (warehouse entries and exits, monthly inventory, and other related tasks). 5. Responsible for accounting for foreign exchange gains and losses at the end of each month. 6. Maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger (ensure correct recording of all transactions and perform periodic reconciliations). 7. Reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts (bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, accrued expenses, etc.). 8. Supervision of monthly and annual closings (perform adjusting entries such as expense accruals, depreciation, amortization, and revenue recognition). 9. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Such as Financial Information Standards (NIF), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), or company internal control standards. 10. Assist in internal and external audits. (Provide required audit information and explain the basis for accounting treatments). 11. Analyze financial data and investigate unusual fluctuations.
