**Responsibilities:** * Design the transition architecture between the legacy system and new solutions on GCP. * Create secure and progressive migration strategies (strangler pattern, dual write, etc.). * Establish technical governance principles and technological stack evolution. * Collaborate with technical and business leadership to align strategic priorities. * Design resilient, scalable, and sustainable platforms. **Expected Skills:** * Proficiency in hybrid and distributed architectures. * Practical experience leading legacy system transformations. * Technical decision-making ability with a business focus. * Strategic leadership and effective communication with stakeholders. **Key Stack and Tools** * SQL Server (DML, DDL, stored procedures, functions, triggers) * C\# and classic .NET (WinForms, WebForms) * Git (Bitbucket / GitLab) * Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, IAM, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub) * Python, PowerShell or Bash (automation) * SOAP / REST APIs (consumption and transformation) * Docker **Testing, Monitoring and CI/CD Tools** * Performance criteria * Incident resolution time and solution quality. * Ability to understand, document and evolve systems without clear dependencies. * Measurable contributions to technical improvements or migrations. * Autonomy, collaboration and leadership according to level. * Level of mastery of the technological environment and strategic improvement proposals.
