Long-term potential succession pipeline **Job Purpose** --------------- **DANA DE MEXICO is seeking RECENT GRADUATES \- CP, Finance, or related fields \- FOR FDP\- FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN** **For Training, Growth, and Professional Development in the Finance Area** **2 positions \- Dana Escobedo, NL \& Tlalnepantla \- State of Mexico** Provide support across various finance functions, aiming to develop managerial skills aligned with Dana’s philosophy to achieve organizational objectives and become part of a long-term potential succession pipeline through accelerated financial knowledge development. **Profile:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Experience: Not mandatory; recent graduates accepted \- maximum 2\-3 years of experience in Cost Accounting or other finance functions. Solid knowledge of General Accounting. Advanced English \- MANDATORY. Flexibility in work schedule; willingness to rotate positions and travel or relocate domestically and internationally. **Knowledge Requirements:** Accounting Knowledge Financial Principles Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) **\#OCCDANAMEXICO** **\#COMM** **Job Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------- The candidate will rotate across different areas: * Shared Services \- GL area: coordinate activities for monthly and annual financial close; ensure financial information accuracy and timely updates in Dana’s systems. * Plant Controller’s Office \- • Familiarity with and ability to operate Dana’s financial systems such as SAP, HFM, EB2, CTS, GLCM, Margin Analysis, CIA; familiarity with financial planning processes such as TREND, Forecast, and budgeting; familiarity with cost and inventory processes. * Financial Information Analysis \- Consolidate financial information in Mexico; support the monthly financial review process; prepare analyses comparing actual results against budgeted, forecasted, or prior-period results using Dana’s tools. * Internal Audit \- Participate in the full audit lifecycle including planning, execution, data analysis, and report issuance; contribute to audit remediation processes with management. **Competencies** ---------------- Sample Competency 1\.
