




**Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. **Work Experience:** * Minimum 2 to 3 years in unit price analysis, budgeting, and tenders. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Dominio, Opus, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros). * Interpretation of architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Construction regulations (Public Works Law, SICT, PEMEX, CONAGUA, etc.). * Labor and machinery productivity rates. * Material costs and market analysis. **Job Objective** The Unit Price Analyst’s primary objective is to prepare, analyze, and update unit prices for construction projects, ensuring cost accuracy, competitiveness in tenders, and compliance with technical and administrative regulations. **Responsibilities** **Unit Price Preparation** * Develop detailed unit prices according to concept catalogs, technical specifications, and drawings. * Break down direct costs: materials, labor, machinery, tools, and transportation. **Cost Analysis** * Conduct market studies to validate input and service prices. * Calculate indirect costs, profit, financing, and additional charges according to contract type. **Use of Specialized Software** * Operate tools such as **Opus (MANDATORY)**, **Advanced Excel**, and unit price databases. **Tender Support** * Prepare economic proposals for public and private tenders. **Control and Updates** * Maintain up-to-date unit price databases reflecting market changes. * Review and adjust unit prices during project execution based on actual conditions. **Interdisciplinary Coordination** * Collaborate with procurement, engineering, construction, and administration departments to validate costs and schedules. * Participate in technical and budget review meetings.
