We are looking for your talent as a Project Manager **Position Requirements** * Age 27–35 * Advanced English (mandatory) * Industrial Designer (preferred), Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Administration * Two years’ experience in industrial design, project leadership, and project administration **Tools and Software:** * 3D modeling software * SolidWorks (optional) * Adobe Creative Suite * Microsoft Office * CRM (knowledge and experience preferred) **Key Skills:** * Industrial design and product development * Team leadership and collaboration * Effective communication and presentations * Problem analysis and conflict resolution * Project planning and management * Computer skills (computer-aided design, 3D modeling, etc.) * Critical thinking and problem solving * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Objectives:** * Develop new innovative and sustainable products. * Gather necessary information to manage project integration and development. * Monitor and support projects jointly with relevant departments—from development through first production and delivery. * Lead design and development teams. * Expand skills in emerging technologies. * Contribute to the company’s growth and success.
