The ideal candidate will have experience programming and operating CNC machinery, mastery of Mastercam software, and a focus on quality and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** Program and operate CNC machinery using Mastercam. Interpret and work from mechanical drawings. Select, install, and adjust cutting tools. Accurately handle precision measuring instruments. Ensure dimensional quality of manufactured parts. Collaborate with the production team to meet established timelines and standards. **Requirements** Required experience: 2 years in CNC programming and operation within the metal-mechanical sector. Proficiency in Mastercam software. Knowledge of mechanical drawing interpretation. Experience handling measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Knowledge of cutting tools and machining conditions. Ability to work under quality and precision standards. **Competencies and Skills** Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
