




Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of payroll, personnel administration, financial control, and preparation of administrative reports. Key Highlights: 1. Manages payroll and ensures compliance with tax and legal requirements. 2. Administers and updates personnel and supplier information. 3. Prepares administrative, financial, and operational reports. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform **payroll receipt stamping**, ensuring proper registration and tax compliance. * Review and follow up on **employees pending stamping**, managing necessary corrections. * Verify the **status of administrative and billing portals**, as well as corresponding legal compliance. * Review platforms and obligations related to **Administration** and other applicable administrative systems. * Validate employee information against **payroll lists** and active personnel reports. * Compare and reconcile information with **internal reports submitted by various departments**. * Prepare **pre\-reconciliations**, internal controls, and identification of general pending items. * Maintain **control and inventory of active operational personnel**, including: * Salaries * Seniority * Vacations * Disabilities * Register and update **supplier information**. * Record and track **petty cash expenses**, maintaining weekly control. * Manage and update **cloud-based Excel files** for information control and reporting. * Prepare, maintain, and present **administrative, financial, and operational reports**. * Perform **general administrative, office, and reporting tasks** required for the company’s proper operation. * Support the **organization, data entry, validation, and analysis of information** for internal reviews and audits. * Carry out other **administrative duties related to the position**, according to operational needs.
